Plant Manager (Anniston, Alabama)

Our Anniston, Alabama division has an opening for a Plant Manager.

Duties Include:

• Direct responsibility for the production of the shop
• Supervision of shop personnel
• Production planning and scheduling (shop and field service)
• Facility upkeep
• Process and product improvements
• Product quality
• Plant safety

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in a manufacturing facility
• Previous experience operating a plant with up to 10 mechanics
• Ability to read blueprints
• Obtain budget goals
  • Monthly shipments
  • Profit margins

Our compensation package includes vacation and holiday pay, medical insurance, 401(k) Plan and a profit sharing plan funded by the company. In addition to the above benefit package this position receives a bonus on the profitability of the plant.
